New Hope Bible Institute
The New Hope Bible Institute provides a comprehensive and contemporary
approach to the study of God’s word in preparation for Christian ministry.
It is an innovative approach that supersedes the traditional Sunday School
bible lessons
whereby bible lessons are taught in relation to relevant social issues.
Examples of topics might be related to drugs, gangs, sex, homo and
bisexuality, peer pressure, guns, cults, anger, and family studies. Please
contact
Elder
C. Bryan Nowlin for more information.
Minister in Training Program (MIT)
At New Hope Full Gospel Baptist Church, we believe that the most important
component to a five star church is well-trained ministers. The Ministers in
Training program is a preparatory program for new ministers, licensed
ministers, and ordained ministers of the gospel. Our primary objective is to
fully equip called ministers of the gospel to be utilized to edify the body
of Christ and build up the Kingdom of God worldwide. Please contact
Co-Pastor Nina Cooper for more information.
New Members Orientation Course
The New Members Orientation ministry is the beginning to a wonderful
relationship with Christ and New Hope Full Gospel Baptist Church. Its
primary responsibility is to orient new believers in God's word, beliefs of
the church, and vision of the senior pastor. We present an orientation
curriculum that offers approximately 12 weeks of in depth foundational
teachings. The complete study will cover the basic beliefs and doctrines of
new birth which are based from the Holy Scriptures. In addition, NMOC
acquaints new members with various areas of ministry in the church. Please
contact
Minister Ethel Campbell for more
information.
Women of Faith
The Women of Faith is a ministry dedicated to edifying and building the
women of New Hope to impact their family, careers, church, and community.
Moreover, it is an environment where women will have an opportunity to be
developed, encouraged, and obtain fulfillment through a relationship with
Jesus Christ and through the fellowship of Christian women. Please contact
Co-Pastor Nina Cooper for more information.
Intercessory Prayer Team
We are responsible for intercessory prayer for
our New Hope Church body, our families, city, county, state, and nation. We
are given mandates for prayer by Bishop Cooper, Pastor Nina, and our New
Hope Ministry Teams. We are to keep our congregation covered in prayer. It
is our responsibility to set the atmosphere for worship anytime there is a
service in our sanctuary for our church body. Please
contact
Gwen Mosley for more information.
Youth Church
Children’s Youth Church is a youth oriented service and teaching
ministry with the goal of edifying
every child, pre-teen, and teenager between the ages of
18 months and 17
in the knowledge of Jesus Christ at their level. It
involves three sub-ministries to minister to each age group: Noah's Ark
(ages 18 months to 4), Holy Hood (ages 5-12), and
Solomon's House (ages 13-17). We provide worship
for children that is fun and geared to every age level. Also, we provide
special events and many other activities to make it possible for the
children to get to know one another. Finally, prayer is very essential and
is emphasized greatly in class time. Teaching the children to talk to God
about everything will carry on through adulthood. Please contact
Elder
Deneil Newton (Youth Pastor) or Brother Andre Singleton (Youth
Assistant) for more information.
Singles Ministry
The Singles Ministry focuses on learning to embrace singleness while
developing a relationship solely dependent on the Lord both in the spiritual
and natural realm; caring for the things of the Lord and being content with
God’s timing, and perfect will for your life. The singles of the Center of
Manifestation will also learn to overcome and conquer those tactics set out
to hinder and detour the singles of the body from walking in fullness.
Please contact
Elder Deneil Newton for more information.
M. O. V. E. – (Men of Valor Everywhere)
The Men of Valor men’s ministry is a ministry dedicated to evolving
Christian men to become spiritual leaders in their families, church, and
community. In addition, Men of Valor is an atmosphere of sharing, where men
have a place to freely discuss issues that hinder brothers from spiritual
growth and fulfillment. Please contact
Elder Patrick Jenkins for more information. |
